recently extended my disk partition because i'm on dual boot with a
windows os.
Going to investigate now...
...Found issue :
Curently have
NVIDIA 580.126.09-0ubuntu0.24.04.2
which might not be compatible with kernel 7.0.0-28-generic but was still
working with 7.17.0-35-generic
### FIX
going to update to
NVIDIA 580.173.02-0ubuntu0.24.04.1
### DEBRIEF
This is now done and no more kernel panic. don't know if reported problem is
properly fixed but seems like no warning anymore !
Currently normally booted on 7.0
