Public bug reported:

I have two languages in my system [EN] and [RU].
When I lock the screen I need to type my password to login back again.
So, If my language was [RU] before the lock-screen then I have a strange bug on
a login screen.
When I start typing my password the typing language in top right corner is [EN]
but after I type a few characters it is switching to [RU] just while I typing.
So the password becomes incorrect.

I think it's happen not by typing the characters but after some delay
when I start typing.

It's happen not every time, maybe every third time. If before the lock-
screen the layout was [EN] it is not changing (not sure).

If I need to provide some additional info, please let me know.
