[Summary]
1. No display on external monitors when power on device with thunderbolt dock
and LUKS enabled
2. Can not show LUKS screen on external display with thunderbolt dock. (User
may connect external display with thunderbolt dock and boot the device with lid
closed)
[Steps to reproduce]
1.Install Ubuntu 24.04 using OS recovery image downloaded from Dell Support
page. No dock connected to the system during the installation process.
2.Enable encryption during the installation process.
3.Let the installation complete.
4.Connect a monitor, USB keyboard & mouse to the SD25TB4 dock. Then connect the
dock to the MC16250 system. The monitor should be able to display without any
issue.
5.Restart the system -> type password in LUKS -> no display on the external
monitor. The monitor not detected in the Display Setting as well
