The source commit for the patch backport in the libp11 SRU, https://github.com/OpenSC/libp11/commit/ccf3c77, does mention
> This workaround may disrupt rare deployments that use foreign keys from multiple engines. and so does the SRU test plan in its possible failure modes. The libp11 upstream has retained this workaround in all the revisions till the latest one. But this is triggerable only with noble's openssl version and hence showed up here first. There is an open bug reported for exactly this issue in https://github.com/OpenSC/libp11/issues/676. I am investigating this further. ** Bug watch added: github.com/OpenSC/libp11/issues #676 https://github.com/OpenSC/libp11/issues/676 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2163152 Title: EAP-TLS Wi-Fi broken with TPM-backed PKCS#11 keys after upgrade to 0.4.12-1.1ubuntu1 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libp11/+bug/2163152/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
