Also affected: RX 7900 XT Navi 31, Ubuntu 26.04, kernel 7.0.0-30.

Symptom: intermittent shutdown hang — fans spin up at full speed, power
button does nothing, must force-off 4s. Same on 7.0.0-28/29/30. 7.0.0-27
is reliable (matches the original report).

This is the known amdgpu ISM dc_lock ABBA deadlock in the shutdown/suspend
path. AMD's fix already exists upstream:
drm/amd/display: Fix ISM dc_lock deadlock during suspend (amdgpu_dm_ism_disable
/ force_full_power split, by Ray Wu/Ivan Lipski, merged for 7.2.x).

It is not in 7.0.0-31.31 (checked the changelog). Please backport it to
the resolute 7.0 kernel.

Confirmed by me: e.g. 10/10 shutdowns OK on -27 vs. hangs on -30. Happy
to test a proposed kernel once the patch is in its changelog.
