Update: Issue resolved and requested files attached above!!

The NVIDIA driver issue has now been resolved.

The earlier issue was caused by Secure Boot rejecting the NVIDIA DKMS
kernel module. Although NVIDIA driver 580.173.02 was installed
successfully and DKMS built the modules successfully, the kernel refused
to load the NVIDIA module because the module signing key was not
trusted/enrolled.

The relevant error was:

modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'nvidia': Key was rejected by service

Kernel logs also showed:

Loading of module with unavailable key is rejected

After resolving the Secure Boot/MOK key enrollment issue, the NVIDIA
driver is now functioning correctly.

Still want to help finding and fixing the bug at kernel level!!
Let me know how can I help more!!
