Upon looking at your logs, I see that lilypond (the software that is
calling ghostscript here) is trying to create and read files from
/usr/local/tmp/... . The ghostscript profile includes abstractions/user-
tmp, which is supposed to allow access to common temp file locations
(~/tmp, /var/tmp, /tmp). However, lilypond seems to be using a
nonstandard temporary file location. Did you set up custom
configurations for temp files? (Note that apparmor resolves symlinks
before mediating using the final path, so symlinked tmp directories
would also count as a custom configuration in this case.)
