This bug was fixed in the package keymapper - 0.6.3ubuntu0~24.04

---------------
keymapper (0.6.3ubuntu0~24.04) noble; urgency=medium

  * Fix gen_keymap refusing to work with different symbols (LP: #2152901):
    - dead_kcaron,
    - dead_kogonek,
    - dead_kdoubleacute,
    - dead_kbreve,
    - dead_stroke,
    - dead_currency,
    - dead_belowcomma.
This is needed to fix a regression in core24-based (or core26-based)
Subiquity. Subiquity leans on a pc105.tree file that is generated by
console-setup at build time. keymapper's gen_keymap is used to this
purpose, but any failure caused by a missing symbol results in the keymap
    to be skipped entirely.
