"Hello, I have updated this bug report to target the correct linux package. To help with the investigation, I have attached a combined system log (report_completo.txt) containing both dmesg (showing the critical ACPI WQBZ buffer limit error and IRQ routing issues) and lspci hardware details.
This issue causes a total system hang and disables the internal keyboard on the HP 255R G10 laptop when using kernel 7.1.x, while it remains stable on 7.0.x. Please let me know if you need any additional tests or logs. Thank you!" ** Attachment added: "report_completo.txt" https://bugs.launchpad.net/canonical-identity-provider/+bug/2164801/+attachment/5994267/+files/report_completo.txt ** Project changed: canonical-identity-provider => ubuntu -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2164801 Title: HP [255R G10] (AMD Ryzen) - Internal keyboard not working (IRQ routing) and ACPI WQBZ Buffer Limit error To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/2164801/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
