The bug is due to a build-time conflict with `libmariadb-dev-compat` and
`libmysqlclient-dev`.

It currently builds by just removing `default-libmysqlclient-dev` from
the Build-Depends, but this seems a little suspect to me. Testing the
autopkgtests in a PPA:
