Public bug reported:
grub-efi-arm64-signed seems to /dev/vdb1 but the root is on vda1.
This is blocking me from upgrading the OS.
apt install grub-efi-arm64-signed
grub-efi-arm64-signed is already the newest version (1.215+2.14-2ubuntu1).
