For 26.10 we would like to add initial support for the next generation
of Snapdragon SoC called X2E.
The idea is to add X2E variants of all the binary packages to
ubuntu-x1e-settings to allow us to
address SoC specific quirks. None of the changes should affect hardware without
a X2E and those won't work
without those changes so the regression potential is close to 0.
