* Dropped changes as they were no longer necessary:
- d/rules: set -D_FLAGS_SOURCE=3 to avoid FTBFS (LP #2136755)
- d/p/0003-set-man-page-date-to-last-changelog.patch: reorder date
command to put format at the end (LP #2142875, #2142588)
