On a 26.04 riscv64 VM I updated to kexec-tools 1:2.0.32-3ubuntu1.1.
After reboot:

$ sudo kdump-config status
[sudo: authenticate] Password:
current state : ready to kdump
$ cat /sys/kernel/kexec_crash_loaded
1

I caused a crash with

sudo sysctl -w kernel.sysrq=1
sudo sh -c "echo c > /proc/sysrq-trigger"

The system only froze. I did not see a reboot. This needs further
investigation.
