@Ravi we can remove it for stonking, but keep in mind that if that XCA
commit shows up and such and there's an OSSL4 fix that actually is
accepted upstream, then we'll tackle it then. The 'upstream' fix linked
fails build tests and it seems has 'other issues' hence not being
merged. Nor even worked on by the contributor to address the failures
and such it seems.  (And other issues with it).

As long as we're not opposed to reincluding in $LATER_RELEASE when
things're fixed that's fine.
