Hi, the FFe in this case is superfluous. The d/changelog is:
mdadm (4.6-3) sid; urgency=medium
* Updating to debhelper 14.
* Including rm from coreutils explicitly for systems without busybox
(Closes: #1082657).
FFes are not requires for bug fixes (sometimes the boundary is blurry,
but in this case it is clearly a bugfix). And I wouldn't count "Updating
to debhelper 14" as a new "feature" as it brings no user-visible change.
In any case: FFe approved.
(Nit: we standardized the the capitalization to "FFe".)
