I also face this issue. Connection over WiFi crawls to a halt. It took
me weeks to realize what was going on. I was already running Syncthing
and GSconnect. After I got sunshine and moonlight setup and then it made
the situation worse.

I see this in journalctl -f and after that I am not even able to ping
the gateway.
