I am facing the same issue  here

The bug to report
Recurring kernel errors, happening multiple times per day, intermittently after 
regulatory-domain/country-code negotiation:
ath12k_wifi7_pci 0000:04:00.0: Failed to set the requested Country regulatory 
setting
ath12k_wifi7_pci 0000:04:00.0: Timeout while waiting for regulatory update
Effect: when this fires, the 5GHz band becomes completely unusable — the card 
stops scanning/seeing any 5GHz networks at all (only 2.4GHz remains visible), 
even though the router and other devices see 5GHz fine. Physically unplugging 
and replugging the adapter forces a clean firmware reinit and temporarily 
resolves it until it recurs.
