Looks like your PPA build of the updated Apptainer package failed. The
build logs indicate that there's a dependency conflict:

I tried to enable PPA, but since there were no successful package
builds, I can't test if your proposed fix works.
But yeah, effectively the issue with the current Apptainer package in
Resolute is that it doesn't ship the required AppArmor profile that
upstream provides.
