Attached the debdiff for Noble (0.10.6-2ubuntu0.6) fixing the kex
generation anomalies.

As previously mentioned, I verified the status in the newer releases.
Resolute (0.11.3) and the current development release Stonking (0.12.2)
already contain this fix natively, so no SRU is required for them.

Please review for sponsorship to noble-proposed.
