Same freeze signature here on an AMD Ryzen 7 5825U mini-PC -- Barcelo iGPU, PCI ID 1002:15e7 (sold as a Beelink/AZW SER), Ubuntu 24.04. Total silent hard freeze: no panic/oops, no SysRq, no netconsole, the journal just stops mid-line; only a hard power cycle recovers it. It hung on the 6.17.x HWE kernels and kept hanging after an unattended-upgrades move to 7.0.0-28-generic (froze on the very first boot on that kernel, ~4 h uptime) -- so for me it is not confined to 6.17 either, consistent with the 6.19.3 result above.
Workaround that has held: adding processor.max_cstate=1 to the kernel command line. Before: freezes from a couple of hours to a few days apart, trending worse. After: ~6 weeks of daily use, many reboots, zero freezes, same 7.0.0-x kernel -- without downgrading to 6.8. Not bisected.
