Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
N: Unable to locate package pkgname

I am not an experienced programmer. The update tool attempted to upgrade my
system to 24.04 LTS, but during the upgrade it said:
1. Some of my pkg were disabled and I would have to change that after the
upgrade.
2. It could not complete the upgrade and would return the system to the
original state.

It is not absolutely vital that I upgrade the system at this time, but I
would like to know why I cannot do that.

Thank you for your help.
