Public bug reported:
The liborcus package requires apache-arrow in Debian, but this has been
removed in Ubuntu (see LP: #2157790).
liborcus unnecessarily lists liparquet-dev (from apache-arrow) in its
build-depends. apache-arrow currently ftbfs in Ubuntu (see LP:
#2165946). So, removing this dependency should unblock liborcus.
