Public bug reported:

The machdb can only pick among the device-trees embedded in the image, and
nothing embeds the K3 ones: finddtbs.py chooses what goes in and only looks at
hwids, where these boards are absent. So none of their device-trees is copied
in. finddtbs.py should read the machdb too.

This issue also needs a fix in stubble:
https://github.com/ubuntu/stubble/pull/85

The stubble PR should land first. Merging the stubble-kernel MP on its
own is harmless but has no effect.
