During the MIR security review of uwsgi (2.0.31-6build1, stonking), I
noticed that the source package Build-Depends on three packages that are
currently in universe:

- libgloox-dev (gloox) — needed for the uwsgi-plugin-alarm-xmpp binary package
- libgeoip-dev (geoip) — needed for the uwsgi-plugin-geoip binary package
- libzmq5-dev (zeromq3) — needed for zmq-related plugin support

These packages probably also need to go through an MIR process.

I'm still continuing the rest of the review; this is just a heads-up on
what could likely be a promotion blocker later.
