( You filed this bug report against the ubuntu-release-upgrader package, so details were gathered by the system on the do-release-upgrade command which you may not have run?? as the package filed against is what release-upgrades a system (from say 26.04) to a later release (ie. 26.10), and does not apply upgrades within your current release.
