Public bug reported:

I upgraded my Ubuntu kernel to 6.8.0-139-generic and after reboot i am
unable to start my Bluetooth on my Asus F15-FX506HC laptop. Nothing i
try works, only reverting to 138 fixes the issue.

Please look into that

I am attaching journalctl output
