netsurf (3.11-4ubuntu1) stonking; urgency=medium
* Add d/p/fix-flex-bison-builddir-race.patch to fix FTBFS on s390x.
Adds missing $(BUILDDIR)/stamp dependency to the
flex/bison generated-source rules in libnslog and nsgenbind,
avoiding a parallel-build (make -j) race against the mkdir(BUILDDIR)
job. (LP: #2166682)
