Public bug reported:
Due to the complex state of the archive and the ongoing transitions for
the Ocaml and Rocq ecosystems, we should remove the Ocaml bindings from
the LLVM package slightly ahead of Debian, who will also be making this
change.
This will unblock LLVM and Rust defaults transitions, and can be dropped
soon as we merge new versions from Debian.
