Thanks Magali — your diagnosis is confirmed. This is an NFS-Ganesha issue, not a kernel regression, and upgrading Ganesha fixes it. No kernel rollback needed.
What we did: upgraded Longhorn from the affected version to 1.11.3, whose longhorn-share-manager:v1.11.3 image ships NFS-Ganesha V9.12 (with the fix from commit 98eb77c4fd94). One practical note for anyone else hitting this via Longhorn: an in- place Longhorn upgrade does not roll existing share-manager pods — they keep the old image until the RWX volume detaches/reattaches.
