I note that this is already reflected in the cloud-image manifest, much
like the curl verification:

https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/resolute/current/resolute-server-
cloudimg-amd64.manifest

This means we don't really need to add a [Testcase] section of building
the physical images themselves, and it should be okay to instead look at
the new ubuntu-meta dependencies added, and ensure they are in sync to
what is in the images.

I will accept, please test and verify.
