  * Apply ccache patch (LP: #1889548):

    - add gssapi-new-unique.patch
    - Separate out the changes that comes from Fedora's keyex patch
      modifications
    - Also add DEP-3 patch tags that document where these changes came
      from.

    - d/t/control, d/t/ssh-gssapi-default-ccache: kerberos ticket
      forwarding tests for openssh-*-gssapi installs
    - d/t/control: adjust openssh dependencies to pull in the gssapi
      variant
    - d/t/ssh-gssapi-default-ccache: adjust test for the non-alternatives
      variant of this packaging
    - d/p/gssapi-new-unique.patch: refresh for openssh 10.5p1
