Currently `ubuntu_cuda_get_orig_source` is responsible for writing the
cuda version into the debian/cuda-version file. This is also done in
tandem with the Ubuntu Cuda Maintainer Scripts and can lead to weird
situations. This PR https://github.com/canonical/ubuntu-cuda-maintainer-
scripts/pull/188 on Github shows one of such situations, where providing
the `-c <CUDA-TRIPLET>` does not do what one would expect in the
`download` command.
Since the overall updating does happen from inside the maintainer
scripts I suggest removing it from the get-orig-source path.
