MANIFEST_NAME=$(basename "$PACKAGE_DIR"/debian/redistrib_*.json) will
match against several manifest and may pick the wrong one. Then ubuntu-
cuda-maintainers-scripts will rely on it. This feels dangerous. It
should rather be `MANIFEST_NAME=$(basename "$MANIFEST_FILE")` or
something analoguous
