Intel AX210NGW Wifi card and BE200 Wifi card not recognized in system,
even though they show up in lspci. iwlwifi module appears to be loaded
but not functioning correctly. Dropping the PCIe speed to gen 1 in BIOS
appears to resolve the issue, but signal integrity is well within spec
for PCIe gen 2, and the cards work in Windows and Redhat
