This is very similar to Bug 2156855 which I ran into trying out Ubuntu
26.10 Snapshot 4 today.
Linux 7.2.0-5-generic, Firefox snap 155.0.1-1, revision 8863, prompting-
client 0+git.33cd821, revision 222, desktop-security-center
0+git.25daa58, revision 151, kernel.timer_migration=1 (default)
Basically guaranteed to happen when if I enable "App permissions" and
use Firefox snap to download a file. Kernels starts spitting out
kernel/workqueue.c:2385 __queue_work+0x330/0x430
The warning path is:
delayed_work_timer_fn
__run_timers
timer_expire_remote
tmigr_handle_remote_cpu
tmigr_handle_remote_up
tmigr_handle_remote
The subsequent fatal corruption includes:
0xdead000000000122
0xdead00000000012a
It actually seems to be similar to a few random upstream issues across
the board? Bug 2165930 for instance.
