Tests pass consistently on linux-gcp-7.0.0-1014.14 (which has the 65f26d15f7db
selftest commit) *after* running:
`apt install coreutils-from-gnu coreutils-from-uutils- --allow-remove-essential`
I think this is a problem with parity between gnu coreutils and rust
coreutils.
