Enabling IOMMU passthrough mode seems to have fixed the lockups.
This patch doesn't have an easily reproducible test plan. Therefore, it
might be risky, and we don't want to introduce a risk of regression for
something that might be resolved with a workaround. As a result, marking
this at "Won't Fix" and will revisit later if needed.
