After a restart, I noticed my Kubuntu PC can no longer turn on after going into
sleep mode or on restart. The only thing I can do is completely disconnect the
power and then turn it back on.
This started happening after a restart.
This seems to only happen with sleep and restart. When doing a shut
down, it can turn on fine. This happens both when letting the system go
to sleep on its own and when pressing the sleep button on the GUI.
Mouse and keyboard somewhat respond when it's in this state, the
mouse light turns on like it's active, and pressing any button on the
keyboard shows a blip when numlock is turned on.
Fans do not turn on or show any other indication that the PC is on
when trying to wake up from sleep mode.

This thread got no responses and no one has been able to help with a fix
anywhere I've asked, so I'm concerned it may be a bug that happened
after an update
