I also just detected the i386 curl uninstallability due to a typo in the
d/control.
Unfortunately this has been a bit of a game of whack-a-mole because each
time we promote one more package another one pops up - the tooling does
not have the means to identify the entire set that needs to be promoted.
And only once the curl deps were promoted did we see the i386
uninstallability issue.
