d/p/ smc_rnics-include-software-set-pnetids.patch
d/p/smc_chk-indicate-pnetids-set-by-smc_pnet.patch and
d/p/smc_rnics-recognize-roce-express3.patch as
prerequisite backports (already present in later releases) so the
following z17 fixes apply cleanly on top of 1.7.0:
d/p/smc_rnics-network-express-support.patch
d/p/smc_rnics-add-pft-vf-columns.patch
d/p/smc_chk-extract-pnetid-column9.patch
d/p/smc_rnics.8-update-rawids-pft-vf-doc.patch and
d/p/smc_rnics-fix-pft-not-available-regression.patch,
cherry-picked from upstream, to correctly list z17 Network Express
(NETD/NETH) RNICs in smc_rnics/smc_chk output.
