Issue:
The integrated camera is not detected by the operating system.
Observed behavior:
- Snapshot cannot find a camera.
- No /dev/video* devices exist.
- gst-device-monitor-1.0 Video/Source does not detect a camera.
- libcamera initializes but no camera is exposed.
- Hardware contains Intel Lunar Lake IPU (8086:645d).
Diagnostics:
$ ls /dev/video*

Additional note:
The system appears to be Ubuntu-certified hardware, but the camera stack is not
