The fix for curl CVE-2026-82209 changed Curl's behavior, breaking
test_setopt_cookielist_enables_cookie_engine and
test_strings_without_cookie_enable_cookie_engine in ruby-curb. There is
an equivalent test (test798) in Curl itself, and the upstream Curl
commit also updates that test to accept the new behavior. A similar
change should fix the ruby-curb tests.
Backporting the upstream fix to Resolute and Stonking curl is causing
ruby-curb's autopkgtests to fail in those releases. Affected versions:
