Public bug reported:
Please sync uncalled 2.3+ds-4 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* No-change rebuild to drop Python 3.13 bits.
* No-change rebuild to drop Python 3.13 bits.
* No-change rebuild with Python 3.14 as supported version
* No-change rebuild with Python 3.13 only
* No-change rebuild with Python 3.13 only
* No-change rebuild with Python 3.13 only
* No-change rebuild against libhdf5-310
Delta was added to fix FTBFS that was also fixed by latest
Debian upload (debian_hdf5: link against the hdf5 library name reported by
pkg-config instead of hardcoding -lhdf5...).
It is now safe to drop that delta.
Changelog entries since current stonking version 2.3+ds-3ubuntu1:
uncalled (2.3+ds-4) unstable; urgency=medium
* Team upload.
* d/watch: version=5
* Standards-Version: 4.7.4 (routine-update)
* Reflow Uploaders field (cme)
* Remove Priority field (cme)
* Build-Depends: s/dh-python/dh-sequence-python3/ (routine-update)
* Drop 'Rules-Requires-Root: no' from d/control (routine-update)
* Replace pkg-config with pkgconf in Build-Depends
* debian_hdf5: link against the hdf5 library name reported by
pkg-config instead of hardcoding -lhdf5, which fails to link
against current libhdf5-dev. (Closes: #1144002)
* tests: tolerate the 'uncalled map' fast5-read failure caused by the
libhdf5 2.2.0 legacy-chunk regression (CVE-2025-44904 fix) so the
autopkgtest passes until HDF5 can read such files again.
