Public bug reported:

Please remove the armhf binaries for pypy3.

pypy3 (7.3.23+dfsg-1) is currently FTBFS on armhf in stonking-proposed
[1].

Debian has fixed this in a subsequent release (dfsg-2 [2, 3]) by
depending on setuptools >= 80. However, because we are past both the
Debian Import Freeze and the Feature Freeze, we cannot sync the newer
setuptools into Stonking.

Since this cannot be easily fixed during the freeze, the armhf build
failure is currently blocking pypy3 from migrating to the release pocket
for all other working architectures. We would like to drop armhf support
for this release to allow the package to migrate.

These are the reverse dependencies of pypy3:

$ reverse-depends pypy3 -r stonking --recursive -a armhf
Reverse-Depends
===============
* pypy3-dev
* pypy3-lib-testsuite
* pypy3-tk
* pypy3-venv
* uwsgi-plugin-pypy3

When the archive opens after Stonking is released, we can re-add armhf
and sync the package directly from Debian again.
