Public bug reported:

1) $ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 26.04.1 LTS
Release: 26.04
2) $ apt-cache policy ec2-hibinit-agent
ec2-hibinit-agent:
  Installed: 1.0.9-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 1.0.9-0ubuntu1
3) When I run `systemctl start hibinit-agent` it creates a swapfile which
matches my config, which in this case (the default) sets "percentage-of-ram =
100". I have 30GiB of RAM and I end up with a swapfile of 4GB.
4) The created swapfile should be 30GB

This has actually been fixed upstream: https://github.com/aws/amazon-
ec2-hibinit-agent/pull/48

** Affects: ec2-hibinit-agent (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
