Based on mentions of "[drm] Cannot find any crtc or sizes" in other
bugs, it sounds like exactly what the message is implying - that no
monitor can be detected when the DRM driver loads (which indeed is after
the boot animation in many cases).
Please try replugging both ends of the display cable, or replacing the
display cable entirely.
