llama.cpp (10438+dfsg-1ubuntu1) stonking; urgency=medium
* d/tests/control: restrict backend-hip test to amd64.
ggml no longer builds libggml0-backend-hip on arm64 in Ubuntu
(LP #2166374), so the test is uninstallable there. (LP: #2167828)
