BTW I have attempted the various `i915.enable_xxx=0` workarounds that are floating around and they don't help on my ThinkPad P1 gen 7 (Meteor Lake iGPU). Every time I resume my laptop I have to wait approx. 45 seconds staring at a blank screen. On occasions it doesn't wake up at all, which makes this a bit of a showstopper (latest kernel 7.0.0-34 as of this writing).
