Public bug reported:

Environment:
- LibreOffice 26.2.5.2 (X86_64), Build ID 620(Build:2)
- Ubuntu package version: 4:26.2.5.2-0ubuntu0.26.04.1
- Ubuntu with GNOME on Wayland
- Display scaling: 125% (fractional), via GNOME experimental feature
  "scale-monitor-framebuffer"
- About LibreOffice shows: UI render: default, VCL: gtk3, Calc: threaded

Steps to reproduce:
1. In GNOME Settings -> Displays, set the scale to 125% (fractional scaling).
2. Open LibreOffice Calc.
3. Click any cell and move the selection with the arrow keys.
4. Optionally enable View -> Column/Row Highlighting.

Actual result:
- The active cell rectangle (selection outline) is not drawn, or is drawn at
  random/wrong positions with wrong dimensions.
- Column/row highlighting also produces no visible effect.
- The Name Box and the formula bar still update to the new cell reference,
so the selection is registered; only the overlay is not rendered.

Expected result:
The active cell outline (and column/row highlighting) should be drawn at the
correct position at any display scale.

Backend test results (all run on a clean profile):
- default (gtk3, Wayland): overlay not drawn
- GDK_BACKEND=x11 (gtk3 on X11): overlay at random/wrong positions, wrong size
- GTK_THEME=Adwaita: overlay not drawn
- SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk4: overlay not drawn
- SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=qt6: overlay not drawn
- SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen: overlay drawn correctly (but UI ignores HiDPI scaling)
- SAL_FORCEDPI=120: no effect

Additional notes:
- Setting the scale to an integer value (100% or 200%) would likely work
around the issue, but it is not an acceptable solution for this setup.
- "UI render: default" means Skia is not active, so hardware acceleration
  is not the cause.
- The bug disappears with the "gen" backend, which does not apply display
scaling. This points to a coordinate/scaling bug in the selection overlay
  under fractional scaling.

Possible related reports:
- LibreOffice Bug 172490 (GTK3 + display scaling draws overlay in wrong
  location on X11)
- LibreOffice Bug 171590 (active cell rectangle rendering regression)
